InvestNewMexico.us mission is to inspire Social Impact Investors to invest funds and knowledge in New Mexico entrepreneurs that are building companies that improve the living standards of New Mexicans. We follow a simple principle of "Incubate and Fund".
Day to day operations of the Company, and Fund(s), are managed by the InvestNewMexico.us "Team". The ownership and leadership of InvestNewMexico.us is comprised of Kenneth Segura Knoll, Michael Segura and Letitia Montoya, who are Native New Mexican with extensive experience in raising capital and running businesses. Our newest Partners are Karl Dakin and Mathew Piro. Karl will focus on strategies to help New Mexico Businesses grow and advise team on Opportunity Zone changes. Mathew will focus on Capital Formation for the funds and access to more traditional sources.

Kenneth Segura Knoll is a Native New Mexican with over 40 years' experience working in the Entertainment industry, and as a Serial Entrepreneur. Knoll served as an Officer of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he was actively involved in business development. His company, Knoll Global Business Partners qualifies compatible business interests that are willing to share "reasonable" opportunity risks and resulting rewards. Once qualified, client-partners are readily introduced to Knoll GBP’s global resource partnership network. The network includes partners from the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, India, China, Central and Southeastern Europe. Knoll Global Business Partners was named “International Business of the Year” by the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber. |

Michael Segura, OZ Fund Manager
Michael Segura is a Native of Santa Fe New Mexico. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and worked in Electronic Engineering Technologies. He then retired as Chief Executive Officer from Assure Financial Group and oversaw Financial Planning, Securities and Insurance field for over 30 years. Michael Segura was a Regional Manager for MetLife Securities and Senior Executive Vice President of Investments for Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors. He is enrolled at ASU pursuing his Degree in Biomimicry which has become his guiding principle in his investment choice for green technology for the future of our children. He enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. Letitia Montoya, OZ Fund Manager
Letitia Montoya is a Native of Santa Fe New Mexico. She retired from Assure Financial Group as the Chief Operations Officer. She was accountable for overseeing day to day operations, policies and managing employees. Furthermore, she maintained compliance for Assure Financial Group with state and federal regulations related to the securities and insurance Industry for more than 20 years. She achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Minor in Computer Science. Additionally, Letitia earned a Master’s Degree in Education for the Leadership Strand, Youth at Risk. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. Finally, she is recognized for her culinary skills , and enjoys educating and teaching others how to cook. |

Mr. Dakin is an entrepreneur, a leader of business startup projects and an advisor on innovation commercialization with expertise on raising early stage money. With 40 years of experience in technology commercialization, he is a popular speaker/educator and small business advocate. Mr. Dakin designs Opportunity Zone strategies, engages in formation of Opportunity Zone Funds and supports capital campaigns for Opportunity Zone projects. He is a principal in multiple Opportunity Zone projects. |

Mr. Piro has over 31 years of experience in Real Estate Finance. In 2012, Mat started SVS Finance, Inc. (SVS), a boutique Commercial Mortgage Firm in Silicon Valley dedicated to helping developers bring their projects to life. Mat developed a vast network of commercial and construction Lenders and Equity Investors and this Mr. Piro has over $1.3 BN in successful financing transactions working on all property types with an emphasis on Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Development for Value Add and Ground Up Financing. |
