Sustainable Housing Associates, LLC mission is to provide "affordable housing" solutions in New Mexico and Native American communities. The company has partnered up with IndieDwell to find solutions to deliver on our mission. indieDwell manufactures healthy, durable, energy efficient, sustainable modular housing with a mission of solving the affordable housing crisis. IndieDwell's model is far different from most companies. They don’t go it alone, they partner with like-minded organizations and people to accomplish our mission in local markets. The company has developed a business model that creates jobs, opportunities for subcontractors, and sets up fabrication businesses. Currently, the company is working with Native American communities to address affordable housing issues. The joint venture will be known as New Mexico's premier leader in ISBU fabrication. Current, plans include Affordable Housing to be fabricated in IndieDwell's facility in Pueblo Colorado with plans to build fabrication facilities in Albuquerque and Gallup, New Mexico by 2021. Design and Sales facilities are now open in Albuquerque - both located in Opportunity Zones.
